| Luis Silva's painting is very nice! Thanks for posting that kit! I just finished painting a Celtic kit today, which turned out pretty nice. I sent a photo of it to Jeff Drake to post if he wishes. |
Post it up, Jeff.
I always appreciate hooped or striped kits. That's so hard for me to do. I can never get the stripes right on one figure- let alone a whole team.

That's St Pauli
But I'd change the sponsor and put a Skull and Cross bones on the front.
I love the numbers

that would be cool. no idea what font that is though. if you take this one on Jeff, you're going to have to get some white decal paper.

No, black is a color I can work with on the clear stuff. I just print the black 'background' ON the decal paper itself.
Eddie, email me at jvdrake@gmail.com if you want to talk about this more.

| That's the one I found too. It looks like their AWAY kits are CAMO though. I saw some site where you could vote on the color of the away kit for next year but it still looked like a camo print.... |
It looks like both Home/Away kits are Black/Grey Camo shirts with black short sleeves turning to grey for mid-full length. The big change for H/A looks like the Shorts and Socks:
Away: [link no longer worked]
Home: [link no longer worked]
Cool camouflage though.

above is a good link to start with for basic info for painting.
As for decals, some of the experts here can chime in, but the basic stuff to buy is waterslide decal paper that you can get in either white or clear. You can print on it with an inkjet printer. You'll have to shrink down images, numbers, etc. pretty small. Most use an art program like Adobe Illustrator to work with images. Decal paper can be bought on ebay or at hobby/craft stores.
